A home care agency owner whose daughter was already jailed in a massive Medicaid fraud case is now headed to state prison herself, Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday announced on Thursday, Aug. 20.
Stephanie Mobley, 54, of King of Prussia, owned ComfortZone Home Health Care, LLC, where prosecutors say she approved kickback arrangements, assigned phony caregivers to clients, and recruited clients to participate in the scheme.

A contractor is accused of taking nearly $180,000 from homeowners for renovation projects that were never started or left unfinished, police announced on Thursday, Aug. 20.
Shawn Hagan, 46, of Philadelphia, owner of Hagan Home Concepts, was charged following a multi-jurisdictional investigation by Bensalem and Middletown township police, according to the release.
The investigation involved three homeowners who reported paying Hagan a combined $178,291 for projects estimated to cost more than $300,000, police said.
